Notice of requisition of an EGM

The Ottoman Fund Limited (the “Company”) announces that it has received a requisition notice from Vidacos Nominees Limited on behalf of QVT Fund LP to convene, by 12 October an extraordinary general meeting to appoint John Chapman as a director of the Company.

The Board of the Company has asked to meet John Chapman in the near future.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
